"I was having a new home built and heard that blinds were taking 6 to 8 weeks due to COVID. I started looking for blinds locally which were delayed and more expensive. I found Blindsexpress online via Google search. I ordered a sample which arrived quickly. Once I had measurements I placed my order online. I ordered the Levelor motorized roller shades and non motorized roller shades. There was a small issue with the order due to the size. Levelor had some restrictions. I called Levelor directly to clear up the issue. Afterwards, I called Blindsexpress and spoke to Carl. Carl is amazing. After speaking with him and informing him off my conversation with Levelor, he had my order back on track and in production in no time. The best customer service. He listened and I didn't feel rushed. He did everything while I was on the phone and I felt confident with the entire process with them. Most importantly, they were over $600 less than the local places. They were $1500 less than one quote I received. I received my order in two shipments in less than two weeks. The roller shades fit perfectly and I LOVE THEM. I highly recommend Blindsexpress. Great customer service, great selection, and fast shipping. I will use them again.
