Price Match Promise

When able, we will price match a product equivelent in Brand and Option. There may be exceptions due to holiday promotions other vendors apply that we are not able to. Please contact us is you find another vendor is offering a product of equal value and we are happy to entertain a price match option if applicable. 

Some exceptions will negate the possibility of a price match. 

What is our Satisfaction Guarantee?

All of our merchandise is guaranteed to be first quality, legitimate to name and description. Your order should arrive to your home or business free of any manufacturing defects or flaws. We sell only first line products, no seconds or "off" goods. For example, if you order a Levolor product, it is truly direct from Levolor.

Photos may be required to show the issue or flaw. Once we receive your photo/description of the issue, we will send to the vendor to request a no charge remake. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you feel you have an incorrect, defective or damaged product. See our ordering disclaimer for more information.
