I just called and talked to Cheri because I had not ordered with blindsexpress.com before and wanted to be sure I had it correct as I was ordering 3 Bali Solar Roller Shades. "My entire experience shopping and purchasing through BlindsExpress.com has been STELLAR! The website is one of the best I've used (and I shop online frequently), easy to navigate, excellent product information and pictures. I purchased eight Norman Performance Premium faux wood blinds, and two BlindsExpress Our Brand Rockport 1/2" double cellular shades. All the products arrived as expected via tracking numbers, were VERY well packaged, and are of excellent quality. During shopping, I called twice with questions, once required the expertise of an installer...later that same day one of their installers called me back (!) and was extremely helpful. The other time the customer service person was professional and knowledgeable in assisting me. All this to say that by the time I was ready to order, I was able to do so confidently, knowing that this company would 'have my back'. Now to the value: I previously had two window coverings companies come to my house for estimates on blinds, which were approximately $1400 for the same Norman blinds. I called you shortly after receiving our pleated shades in December to tell you that the first one we hung was hanging significantly lower on one side than the other. You said to check the other two and let you know, and you would replace them. It was nearing Christmas (with 12 people coming to stay in our not-very-big house!) and I was not happy because that crooked one was in the bathroom we'd just remodeled.
