While shopping for a composite shutter, I happened on www.blindsexpress.com and was pleasantly surprised with the price for these Norman Shutters. Locally dealers wanted at least $500 more for the exact same product. The shutter has been installed now for 6 months in our Texas heat, without any change. Very Very pleased with price and quality.Reluctant to buy on line, but not anymore!
