First of all when I had questions regarding measurement the customer service rep was excellent in explaining the proper way to measure for outside mount. Shutter came in sooner than expected, quality was excellent. There was one small area of damage on one of the panels from shipping. Customer service rep was able to get a replacement with no issues. Customer service reps respond quickly and are extremely helpful. Best customer service experience I have had in dealing with online merchants. Would definitely purchase from then again and refer to family and friends.
