The staff is ALWAYS super helpful, and communicates order status well.
Products are top notch and have always been perfectly fit to our measurements.
Plenty of hardware is included in shipment.
My only gripe was: they communicated a delay in shipment due to the ridiculous supply chain debacle and covid fiasco. COMPLETELY NOT THEIR FAULT, just like 90% of the rest of us reasonable citizens. Regardless, the delay was shorter than expected and I think that’s in part to their diligence and devotion to customer service!

New blinds
Replaced old vertical blinds with these 2 inch faux wood blinds. What a difference! These blinds are very nice and well made. Installation was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this brand. Great price too!
