Do you charge for shipping?

Our prices include all freight charges. Additional charges will be applied to products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and anywhere other than the 48 contiguous states. These shipping costs will need to be adjusted at the time of the order and our customer service staff will call you with the adjusted amount. Your credit card will not be charged until you authorize the additional charge. For products 84 inches and greater in width will have a flat fee added to the order pending on the manufacturer's oversized freight fee.

Does sales tax apply?

Sales tax will be applied to any product(s) bought from us and shipped to New York State. We have a corporate office in this state and under New York State law sales tax must be applied at the time of the order.

Do you send catalogs

Catalogs are very expensive and although very helpful, we feel or site is more up to date. Catalogs also add to the costs of the products, something we do not want to do. Our prices are the best in the business and we work hard to keep them that way!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping of your custom product(s) with few exceptions take between 2-3 weeks from the time of ordering. Quick Ship items are budget custom line of product. They usually ship faster than other brands depending on the current supply and demand of the product. We suggest calling or emailing us to verify current ship times if you need items faster than 2-3 weeks. All products are custom so the factories take time to process and make each item. Freight items over 90 inches will take a few days longer as they ship by freight handlers. When in doubt, please call or email BEFORE ordering custom product.

Methods of alternative payments?

We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover charge cards. American Express is not a card we accept due to their excessive merchant fees. We accept money orders or certified checks. The checks need to be in our possession before the order can be placed. We also accept PayPal. These plans always add pricing to the product.

How do I change an order once placed?

An order confirmation is sent immediately to your email once you have checked out. You need to check that email as soon as you get it. If you do not get an email confirmation shortly after placing the order, call us at 1.800.836.4488. The order did not process or you typed in the wrong email address. If it is a verbal order, you need to listen to the read back carefully. If an error is made during the read back process you will be given the opportunity to correct the error. Once you have given the acceptance the order will be placed.

Do you ship outside the continental US?

We do not ship outside of the US. We do make an occasional exception, a phone call to our order entry will answer any questions you might have. Hawaii and Alaska are always an adjusted freight charge.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time of the order. These are custom products made specifically for your home. These products are not returnable for any reason other than defect or damage.

Will I receive a confirmation, instructions for installation and all mounting hardware?

Confirmations are addressed above and instructions are always provided with the product as well as all necessary hardware.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, click on "My Account" on the right hand corner of the Home Page. Enter you e-mail and password to view your previous and current orders. You may also check if the products have shipped yet and if there is any tracking information available.
