After searching many of your competition ,I really got an education about ordering Blinds. I saw "an extra 20% off today"
and "Buy 3 and get one free" and "order now the prices are going up. In the end I came back to your site for an honest
price with no trumped up false discounts. After calling one of the manufacturers, about the price incease only to find out"
there wasn't any price increase, it was all a scam. Again thank for being honest and its no wonder you have an A+ Business

Wow I can't believe I just had the same experience and it sounds like the same web site with all this coupon and that coupon and in the end, I found out it wasn't even the same product we were comparing. After reading the previous post, I actually phoned the manufacturer that I was buying a product from directly and they confirmed that there was no price increase going on. I paid a little more for the product that I wanted but felt better dealing with an honest company. And just for the record, the customer service people were great, I must have kept them on the phone for 30 mins.. I too will recommend you company to whoever I know that needs blinds.

It was so refreshing to find a company that was more concerned about my needs rather the the almighty dollar. Price is always important during this difficult times, but so is customer service. I almost got pressured into buying blinds from one of your competitors. They were saying that the price was going up Today when only to find out it was false information. I have since gone back to that web site and found that every week they change their message to say that Friday the prices were going up. I have contacted the State Attorney General in our state to report them. Sadly they say that as long as they change it every week it implies that the site is raising prices not the manufacturer so even though it is a grey area, there isn't anything they could do. They also informed me that they are watching that site because of many of these same questions. Anyway....you guys were great and lead me to the right product and actually saved me money in the end. I have recommended you to so many people!!!!!!

My most recent Order was for two sets of Levolor Natural Woven Wood Shades, nearly identical to those we ordered a year ago. Just received my Levolor 2 inch select wood blinds and they are beautiful. I was a little confused as to why your prices were so much better than Home depot and even Levolor's own web site. It made me very cautious until I checked the on line better business bureau.
To your credit you have no reports of problems and I can say the same, products are superb as is the price.

Your sales person suggested Comfortex Shangri-la as a substitue and they were right, You can't tell the difference. I especially like that I can raise the shade in the open position unlike my shades that have to be closed to get the view from my lakehouse. I just received my Norman shutters and am I glad I listen to your representative that coached me as to install them myself. They went up easily with my screw gun and after following the directions on the web site. Too bad we can't get this quality of shutter for this price made in the US. I hate to give business to other countries but when the chinese make a shutter this good for this price we should be ashamed that we can't make one also. I am very happy and I'm refering you to my neighbor.

We have received and installed the blinds for our Lanai.  They were easy to install.  The instructions were complete and easy to follow.  We were especially pleased with you service and prompt attention.  The  blinds were cut exactly as we requested.....and they fit and hang very nicely.  Your recommendation for selection of types and colors were very helpful in selecting just the right blinds for our Lanai.

I would have gotten back to u sooner, but this house (in Hudson Ohio), has been an absolute nightmare (we only moved in 20 Sept. after relocating from AZ) leaks galore and other disasters. I think anyone would be aghast at having to get a plumber in 8 times!!  Anyway, amidst all the fray, I just wanted to say thanks, and should we need anymore window treatments we'll certainly be back.
