Cord Control including Top down Bottom up and Cordless
Bottom Up/Top Down Double cord control allows you to lower shade from the top or raise it from the bottom so you can maintain privacy or screen an unwanted view while still enjoying natural light coming in from the window. Perfect for private spaces like bedrooms and bathrooms. Continuous loop cord never changes length and holds shade securely at any height. Recommended for large, heavy shades. Tension devise prevents cord from twisting and becoming a strangulation hazard.

Extension Brackets
Extension Brackets or Spacers are only used when you are mounting on the outside of your window/door opening and would like to bring the blind forward. Projection brackets extend the window treatments out from the wall in order to give additional clearance to avoid the window operating hardware or molding. Projection brackets are available at no charge, upon request, in varying lengths of 3 1/2" and 4"

Hold Down Brakets are meant for holding down the bottom rails so that the blind doesnt bang on the door after mounting.

Liner on Valance

Liner Options
Adding a Privacy Liner increases room darkening and privacy capabilities. Perfect for dining rooms, living rooms, family rooms, bedrooms. Privacy Liners are white to street side. Color is only on front facing room. Adding a Blackout Liner completely blocks light from entering through the Natural Shade.

Hardwood headrail

Valances

Valances give a finished appearance to your window treatment and are available in several options and styles. A privacy or room-darkening liner can be added to most valances.

6" Standard Valance

Matching valance is standard on Natural Shades with standard cord control, not available on Natural Shades with continuous-loop lift. Valances wider than maximum fabric width will be spliced.

9" Standard Valance

Extra-large valance is standard on Natural Shades with continuous cord loop, optional on Natural Shades with standard cord control. Recommended for longer shades to conceal the shade stacking when raised. Valances wider than maximum fabric width will be spliced.

9" Deco-trim Valance

The Deco-trim Valances are available in several decorative designs. Add an extra visual accent to your shades with acccent gimp (must be selected).

6" Palisade Valance Horizontal

The Palisade Valance is ideal for outside mount and is available up to 192" wide to cover multiple shades with a single valance (fabrics will not be continuous at widths over 96"). Edge banding is optional with the 6" Palisade Valance with horizontal material orientation. Not available with continuous cord loop or motorized options.

9" Palisade Valance Horizontal

The Palisade Valance is ideal for outside mounts and is available up to 192" wide to cover multiple shades with a single valance (fabrics will not be continuous at widths over 96"). Edge banding is optional with the 9" Palisade Valance with horizontal material orientation.

6" Palisade Valance Vertical

The Palisade Valance is ideal for outside mounts and is available up to 192" wide to cover multiple shades with a single valance. Edge banding is required at top and bottom on the 6" Palisade Valance with vertical material orientation. Not available with continuous cord loop or motorized options.

9" Palisade Valance Vertical

The Palisade Valance is ideal for outside mounts and is available up to 192" wide to cover multiple shades with a single valance. Edge banding is required at top and bottom on the 9" Palisade Valance with vertical material orientation.

9" Palisade Deco-trim Valance

The Palisade Valance is ideal for outside mounts and is available up to 192" wide to cover multiple shades with a single valance (fabric will not be continuous at widths over 96"). Palisade Deco-trim Valance is not available with vertical material orientation or an optional liner. Finish your Palisade Deco-trim Valance with accent gimp (required).

Tips To Remember:
Use a steel measuring tape
Round down to the nearest 1/8" for width
Round up to the nearest 1/8" for height
See Product Specifications for more specific product info.
Sizes should always be provided in this format: Width x Height
On any measurement given, the factory does have a +/- 1/8 of an inch variance allowance.

Measuring for Woven Woods

Inside Mount Width
•    Measure the exact width (left to right) of the inside edge of the window frame in three places (top, middle and bottom).
•    Take the smallest of the three measurements to the nearest 1/8 of an inch.
•    The factory will make the correct deduction from the total width to allow for proper installation. Most manufacturers’ deduct 3/8” from the total width.

Inside Mount Height
•    Measure the exact height (top to bottom) from the top inside edge down to the window sill in three spots across window.
•    Take the largest of the three measurements.

Outside Mount Width
•    Measure the exact width (left to right) of the wooden or metal window frame (outer edge) OR how wide you want the product to be.
•    For Woven Woods make sure the measurement overlaps the window opening by at least 2" on each side to ensure light control and privacy I

Outside Mount Height

•    Measure the top and bottom edge of window frame/trim. If no trim, be sure you provide the height you want the shade to be from top of the headrail to bottom of the bottom rail.
•    Be sure to allow for coverage for light control and mounting hardware if mounting above window opening to wall surface. You will need 2 inches of surface area to mount above opening. Call us for further instruction if needed.
