Do you charge for shipping?
Our prices include all freight charges. Additional charges to apply to products shipped to Alaska,Hawaii, and anywhere where other than the 48 contiguous states. These shipping cost will need to be adjusted at the time of the order and our customer service people will call you with the adjusted amount. Your Credit card will not be charged until you authorize the additional charge. For product 94 inches and up in width, there is a flat fee of $65.00 added to your order.
Does sales tax applly?
Sales tax will be applied to any products bought from us and shipped to New York State. We have a corporate office in that state and under New York law sales must be applied at the time of the order.
Do you send catalogs
Catalogs are very expensive and although very helpful, we feel or site is more up to date. Catalogs also add to the costs of the blinds, something we do not want to do. Our price are the best in the business and we work to keep them that way!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping of your products with few exceptions take between 2-3 weeks from the time of ordering. Back orders will be notified as soon as we know the products are on back order. Many manufacturers don't contact us, sadly until they actually make the product and that is when they let us know that the product is out of stock. This is a very poor way of doing business, but we have no control over this practice. A one time Freight charge of $65 is charged for any blind over 94 inches.
Methods of alternative payments?
We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover charge cards. American Express is not a card we accept due to their excessive merchant fees. We accept money orders or certified checks. The checks need to be in our possession before the order can be placed. We have no additional plans for payment. These plans always add pricing to the product.
How do I change an order once placed?
An internet order is sent immediately to your email. You need to check that email as on as you get it. If you do not get an email confirmation shortly after placing the order, call us at 1.800.836.4488. The order did not process or you typed in the wrong email address. If it is a verbal order, you need to listen to the read back carefully. If an error is made during the read back process you will given the opportunity to correct the error. Once you have given the acceptance the order will be placed as read back to you.
Do you ship outside the continental US?
We do not ship outside of the US. We do make an occasional exception, a phone call to our order desk will answer any questions you might have.Hawaii and Alaska are always an adjusted freight charge.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time of the order. These are custom blinds made specifically for your home. These products are not returnable products for any reason other than defect or damage.
Will I receive a confirmation,instructions for installation and all mounting hardware?
Confirmation is addressed above and instruction always come with the blind as well as all hardware.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, click on "My Account" on the right hand corner of the Home Page. Enter you e-mail and password and your previous and current orders can be accessed. You may also check if the products have shipped yet and if there is a tracking number posted.
